Maintain equipment, supplies, and truck inventory.
Flag efficiency issues and suggest process improvements to ownership.
Hold the team accountable to time and quality standards on every job.
Report job status and any issues back to ownership regularly.

Jobs completed on time and done right the first time.
Five-star customer experiences and reviews.
Strong team accountability on-site.
Fewer quality issues or redo requests.
Minimal owner involvement needed on routine jobs.

Qualifications:

Previous detailing experience required; leadership or training experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Excellent communication, especially with customers.
Ability to solve problems independently on-site.
Valid driver's license (this is a mobile service, travel to job sites required).
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation:

18-25+ an hour.
